I Rate This Place A 10+ They Were Truly Caring, Compassionate, Friendly & Supportive Of My Husband Jesse At His Appt Mon. 12/08/25 He Was Closely Monitored I As His Wife Was Even Able To Be In The Room With Him Prior To His Epidural Injection For Chronic Pain We Both Felt Comfortable There & Herndon Surgery Center Staff Made Us Feel Comfy Then It Was Even More Exciting And Comforting Seeing Jesse's Awesome Chronic Pain Doctor Dr. Sison All Went Well Because We Had A Supportive Staff Thank You So Much Herndon Surgery Center 😊💜

It was a great experience from the moment I checked into the moment.I left. I actually got in early and was pain free. The nurse's receptionists, anesthesiologists and doctors were awesome.

When I was on the phone going over the pre-procedure details I told them that I was having a angiogram two weeks after the procedure. They said OK we will check with our anesthesiologist team and make sure it’s OK to proceed. So they went ahead and scheduled the appointment and told me that if I did not get a call from them to go ahead and come in for the appointment. So I fasted and did everything they told me and I came in for the appointment and when I got there, they said it was canceled! My wife took the day off of her work so that she could drive me home like they said. So it was a big waste of time and effort. They did apologize and admit that it was their fault. And I appreciate their apology, but it is still very frustrating and a waste of time. Hopefully they put in procedures to prevent this from happening in the future.

Amazing staff. So quick and efficient. Went in really nervous for a procedure and they made me feel at ease. You can tell they really care about their patients.

I waited over five hours for my procedure, because they were running behind and missing paperwork that should have been obtained prior to my visit! Scheduling needs to improve, make sure everything is updated and paperwork completed, prior to the appointment. The doctor’s and Nurse’s were awesome, very professional with great bedside manners.
