I was referred to Dr Win by my doctor, I had a phone appointment with him this morning (Wednesday) at 10:30! No call til 2:30 and he probably said 3 words, there was more silence in the phone than anything, Finally I just hung up, Very Very unprofessional, Don't waste your time with this one.
