I been coming to PAMF for the last 11 years . Dr Amy Lin and Dr DanaBeausang are amazing doctors . The only issue I have is scheduling most schedules are months away though if there is an urgent need messaging them online helps. The urgent care is a hit or miss but despite other reviews I had consistency with accurate medical bills

I would have given negative 5 if I could. My wife and I both went to the Fremont center for our yearly preventive care. We ended up paying more than $1000 out of pocket because the tests the family doctors requested were not covered by the insurance. Our insurance covers 100% of preventive care. I called them and they say it is patient's responsibility to figure out which test is covered and which one is not. Of course, I admit I should have taken a closer look at their ratings before deciding to go there! Horrible...

I’ve been with Sutter Health for 9 months now. I’ve already switched to 2 different primary care doctors, but I still haven’t seen a real doctor in person. It’s basically impossible to get an appointment — the doctors are either sick or unavailable. As a result, I’ve had to call the pharmacy myself every month to renew my prescriptions.

Don't use their radiology department for an MRI or need a CAT scan! If you are in a wheel chair and unable to stand forget it. The staff will tell you the mechanical lift is broken. This happened 2 x in 2 months! Even though they were aware of the situation on my mobility issues when the appt was made in advance. Go to NORCAL instead
