GREAT TREATMENT and EXPERIENCE - 5 Stars POOR COMMUNICATION - I was overcharged on my deductible and have been trying to contact them for a refund (not a big deal - I understand how this works). But the phone rings endlessly for 20 minutes (literally) and then says there is a forwarding error. Called the Dr office who did the procedure who proceeds to tell me that they are sometimes closed on Fridays even if it's not a holiday....the first time I called the site said closed at 5 - it was 4:45. Now site says 4:30 - i started calling at 2pm. PLEASE HAVE ACCURATE INFORMATION. People work and have to find time to make these kind of calls. Thanks.

This is a terrific facility. The staff, administrative and medical, are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is clean and well maintained. How long it takes to get the procedure is controlled by your doctor, not the facility. I recommend.

I had my first colonoscopy and I was so nervous. My Personal Care Team was wonderful and made me feel at ease. From check in to recovery, I was done in about an hour and a half. Very professional and clean office.

My gastroenterologist (Dr. Jay Diliberto) did my colonoscopy procedure here. The staff and nurses are very affable. They're attentive, polite, and all but one was smiling . It took me a few minutes but I even got that one nurse to smile! I think 5 different nurses either took information from me or verified my information. The entire team was efficient and professional.
