Very disappointed with their billing department. I have tried to call 3 times about an expected bill I was supposed to receive. Never answered the phone. I left 2 voice-mails and never received a call back. Now I received a bill from a collection department. This is unacceptable. For a bill under $200 I have to deal with collections now because they will not answer their phone in the billing department. I'll make sure to avoid this place in the future.
