The receptionist didn't say too much; not very welcoming. However, the nurses and staff in the back were very attentive and friendly. My surgery was quick and I was out in no time. Parking should at least be validated, but it is what it is.

Receptionists are not welcoming at all. If you or a loved one is having surgery you wait in the lobby. There's no special waiting area. Any time you call to ask questions or about recovery or about anything in particular no one ever answers the phone. This place is ridiculous and needs to be reported to their corporate office about changing the way they do things there.
