Absolutely corrupt. Pencil pushers told me my insurance should cover my daughter's anesthesia. That they "couldn't imagine it not being covered" Sure enough it was denied and I am stuck with a bill for it. Was not going to go ahead with the procedure if I was billed for anesthesia. That is why they made sure to assure me it would be covered. They wanted the work, the money. CORRUPT!

I was nervous for my daughter's procedure because it was going to be her first experience with anesthesia and several of my family members, including her sister, always experience moderate to severe complications. The center's anesthesiologist ,"Dr. Shannon," is THE BEST. She took my concerns very seriously and promised to monitor my daughter carefully. The entire staff is extremely professional and kind. This isn't one of those "cattle ranch" surgery centers that are so prevalent around LA County. The staff put in a lot of work and make an honest effort to provide a certain standard of care and I really appreciate it.
