I had a colonoscopy this week and had a wonderful experience. Nancy checked me in and was pleasant and efficient. Rachel went over my paperwork once I got back to the prep area...she went through a lot of info quickly. Allison is my reason for posting a review. She was my pre-op and post-op nurse. She was friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and just had the best personality. She is a definite asset to the endoscopy center. The anesthetist was April and she did a great job but was not as personable as the rest of the staff. I think I was their last patient of the day so perhaps she was ready to be done with the day. I barely remember Dr. Patel, but what I do recall is that she was nice. There were no complications and I was on the way home in about 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend this clinic for your endoscopic procedures.

I had a bad experience with a nurse on the phone. I contacted the center and an administrator called me when I had not even given my PH # on the complaint , I asked to emailed . She just gave excuses and actually said we have to make 100 of these calls a day , you may have been the 99 th call. REALLY ! The call was at 11:40am and I don't care if your the first call or the 100 , that does not excuse rudeness. Cancelled my procedures and going elsewhere. What if I'm the 50th patient of the day , do I get less care , or compassion from a nurse ,because I wasn't the first 5 and she is tired? Poor excuses .....
