I had an endoscopy here last week and had a great experience. Everything went pretty smooth. In particular, Nurse Adam was amazing and took good care of me. He brought me toasty blankets, a hot pack for my hand to keep them warm while I was waiting, and a cup of warm water afterwards. And the anesthesiologist was very good about answering any questions I had before the procedure. I recommend this facility!

I came here today to have my first ever colonoscopy procedure. The entire staff was wonderful and caring. Just check in and they will take it from there. I spent more time worrying about the procedure than the time it took. After being administered the anesthesia, I woke up in the rest area in my rolling bed feeling no discomfort. It was that easy. The prep kit you need to take before the procedure was more work than the procedure itself for me. Just leave it to this team to take care of you. I highly recommend this location. You can park for free in their gated parking lot. Just hit the buzzer and they will open the gate. You need to have a family member or close friend drive you (this is not negotiable).

The best experience I have had at any medical clinic or hospital. Everyone I met was very kind. They took the time out to explain everything. Special thanks to all the nurses (Alfred, primarily) and the anesthetist. I was extremely anxious before my endoscopy especially regarding sedation and they were very considerate and worked with me. The anesthetist took on a motherly role and comforted me as long as I was awake (maybe even after...but I do not know obviously). Highly recommended.

I have had four procedures at EBEC since 2007. I LOVE the entire staff. Everything has always been very efficient and friendly. Not sure why people have such negative experiences. For me, it's not the Center that does the pre-procedure stuff - that is all driven by the individual doctors and their office staff - and all of that has also been great, for me. On procedure day, I've always had great experiences. Thanks EBEC!

I was scheduled for a procedure recently. I was nervous and unsure of how to proceed, the staff was just wonderful, they communicated with me up to the night before answering any questions I had and making sure I understood my instructions. Issued parking permit also. Upon arrival everyone excelled at their jobs and were attentive to my needs. My Doctor was professional and competent. Very happy so far, no complaints . Highly recommended.
