I recently had spinal decompression surgery at West Coast Joint and Spine. I am extremely pleased with outcome of the surgery and the quality of care that I received. The facility was bright, sanitary, and well organized. The support staff, especially Krissy and Joshy, were courteous and professional. I give a special shout-out to medical staff Daniel, Lynn, Rachel, and Tiffany for the level of care I received. Everyone contributed to making this experience as painless as possible.

Outstanding care and service from start to finish! My father went to West Coast Joint and Spine as an outpatient for his knee replacement surgery. I was a little skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire procedure, which really put me at ease. Just had umbilical hernia surgery here yesterday. Everything was new, clean, organized. The staff was next level excellent! It truly was a great experience! They all took the time to wish me well by signing a card and snuck it in my paperwork.. so nice! They called today to check on me. Great Facility, Excellent Staff!

Highly recommend!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were patient and very thorough with our paperwork. They helped calm my husband and put his mind at ease since he was visibly anxious. Facility is super clean and organized. From start to finish was an amazing experience and would recommend West Coast Joint and Spine Center to anyone. I also really appreciated the Thank you card in our take home packet that had everyone who we talked to sign. You guys are all great. 👍

Finding The Force

Unfortunately, I have been here more times than I care to mention. But I highly recommend if possible to have your surgery at this facility. All of the staff are very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful, waiting room complemented with coffee or tea. Very close to a bunch of restaurants in a huge outdoor shopping mall. I have been camped out in their lobby for many hours and luckily they have a variety of different chairs and plenty of wall outlets for your electronics. Bathroom is always immaculate.
