What a WONDERFUL experience as EVERYTHING was explained both prior and on the day of the procedures. SAM was an incredibly kind nurse who made me calm before heading into procedure. I am truly sorry I did not get the name of the nice young lady who took all my information in the room. She was very thorough very kind and very patient. If you are ever scheduled to have a treatment here or procedure please do not hesitate to run right into this surgical center because they are Fantastic at what they do! Rest is sure if you have any questions regarding your procedure you can call them and they will answer those questions prior to you coming into the office so that your transition will be very easy! Thank you again!! Dr Sandhu and crew were AMAZING!

I had 2 procedures at this location and the staff was great. When they took me bck for prep the entire personal from nurses, ck in people, antheisiogist, and Dr. Sandhu were wonderful, friendly, made you feel at ease and had a sense of humor. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They went over all I needed to know with very detailed info on the release packet. Thank you all.

I cannot believe how unprofessional the front office folks are. Is this Jeff Bezos’s factory line or the hospital surgical care center? I am on propofol having completed my surgery and i’m not allowed to wait for FIVE minutes to heal up after the surgery. They’re calling people asking who’s car is in the front…news flash it’s ours. You don’t have to be so impatient honestly. What is going on here?

The front office/billing/scheduling staff are truly horrible people. When confronted with a high co-pay I asked to be set up on a payment plan (coming from the medical field this is 100% able to be done). The girl from billing came out and told me if I didn’t pay the full amount they’d cancel my procedure (one I’d waited two months in horrible pain for). Only after several minutes of explanation and bringing me to tears did she come back and say “you don’t have to be upset, we’ll do it”. What I KNEW she could have done in the first place. With that being said, nursing staff, anesthesia and doctor were wonderful!
