I was getting an endoscopy yesterday and everything was fine until they took me into a separate room where they, first didn’t even know what they were supposed to do to me and second some lady told me to lay on my left and this guy was going to give me something to bite on while she gives me the anesthesia. Within seconds of turning around and biting down they started shoving the camera and I asked them to stop many times but the object in my mouth stopped me from speaking and I just felt two people grab my body to stop me from moving. Traumatized honestly.

They are really bad at customer service first of all. They over schedule the patients and keep the patient waiting more than three hours just to do a small procedure. They should have a limit of the amount of patients received in the day. Not recommend

This UEI student opened the door to my car about to load another patient on . She shut the door not even apologizing for opening someone's car randomly not even knowing the situation. Terrible.

First time here 5/6/25. Got an EGD done by MD Alayo. Checked in at 9:30am, as directed, and left at the recovery room at 12:30pm; the procedure took a total of 10 minutes. The wait time to be rolled into the procedure room took 2 hours: 1.5 hours were sat in the waiting room waiting to be called into the back and the last hour was in a gurney pre and post procedure. I decided to undergo the EGD unsedated, and unmedicated. No Versed or Fentanyl for me! MD Alayo was agreeable to this and worked fast to cause me the least discomfort possible. He is very skilled at what he does and the procedure went off without a hitch. I couldn't stop gagging while the scope was in my throat, and afterwards I felt a bit tender when swallowing. But I walked away from this not feeling drugged up, so it was worth it. MD Alayo is very professional, as are the staff members. Would highly recommend this organization!
