My husband had surgery here! His experience was much like others I’ve read. . Unprofessional, unwelcoming staff. I wasn’t allowed to go “back” with my husband to lend comfort while he waited for surgery. I wasn’t allowed to wait in the WAITING ROOM. His discharge instructions were handed to me and not reviewed with either one of us. The instructions were on a copied form that had been copied too many times. It was not easy to read and SO tacky! Also there was no follow up call that evening or even the next day to see how he was doing. This staff desperately needs training in how to be kind, friendly and compassionate.

Took my wife in for a procedure, the front desk was unprofessional and said I couldn’t wait in the waiting room. They said they would call upon completion could be 2-3hrs. The waiting room was basically empty. When I got the call they wheeled her out to the parking lot. I had to ask about follow up, the girl goes oh yeah, here is her post op info. That I had to ask is unacceptable. The paperwork was basically call 911 or go to the emergency room. If this generation is going to take care of me, I’m afraid.

Ridiculous wait times. We've had to come to this surgery center 3 times over the last year, and every time it's an 1.5-2 hours of waiting in the lobby or longer. Thats just you sitting there in the chair wasting your time. They called me the day prior asking if I could come in 30 minutes earlier for my procedure due to cancellations. I am nearing the 2 hour marker and still waiting. Their excuse: "we have 3 doctors scheduled for this morning. No beds available". This is the same excuse every time we are here. The solution: get a better scheduling system, expand your surgical suite, or shift your doctors to another location. The front desk lady is a professional at saying "I'm sorry"

The patient experience is not at all a priority. You are not a patient you are a case. I had 5 separate injections there. I felt like cattle each time. Good luck if you go there. Hilda (?) at the front desk is awesome! Someone should get her a raise!
