I can understand all the bad reviews-- they're written by grumpy, hangry old ppl who hasn't eaten anything in 2 days!! Anyway, I had a great experience here. They answer the phone when I called to reschedule. The receptionist is pretty attentive to everyone. The staff were all wonderful and caring. Each person you talk to ask the same questions a million times for some reason. They also answer all my questions. I felt embarrassed cuz the nurse in the procedure room was kinda cute and I should've showered and shaved and cleaned up when I went. Sorrryyy 😅😂 My colonoscopy appt was at 12 and I was out by 1:15. There were like 4 ppl ahead of me so I'd say they're pretty quick.

Truecare is a Kaiser contracted facility. Had an appointment today for 12. But delayed to who knows when. There is no air conditioning in the waiting room. No food no water as a patient since midnight the night before, at least keep the waiting room cool so we do not get more dehydrated waiting. Service is horrible….

I called here on 6/27/25 and spoke to a very rude lady who refused to give me her name. She hung up on me twice. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was left on hold. I was referred here for a colonoscopy by Kaiser, however with this horrible experience I will not be getting care here. This office Lacks courtesy and customer service for people who are already feeling sick and should not be treated this way. Very unfortunate that Kaiser does business with a horrible company. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

I had a very positive experience. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor were all very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Nelly, one of my nurses, was so nice and patient with me. I had no ill after effects from the procedure. The colonoscopies are not fun, everyone at Truecare made the process more bearable.

My first colonoscopy and was referred by my Kaiser doctor. Trying to book an appointment here was difficult. They did not send me instructions by email or mail. I literally had to call! When I checked in the front receptionist was not friendly and un attentive. Literally having a conversation with another patient who was sitting down waiting to be called on. she forgot to hand me my ID and Kaiser card. The nurses were not kind, they were rude, serious and unfriendly. The Ivy given by my nurse hurt and I will never have another procedure done at this facility!!! I will definitely let my doctor not to recommend any of her patients here😡
