This office is extremely unprofessional with communication. They need to be more thorough because this lack of communication wastes patient's time and are then forced to reschedule and waste even more time. Please find a more efficient way of giving patient's the office address and very CLEAR directions on how to get there. This office or shopping center really needs a more clear directory. Just a FYI for anyone lost and looking for their address they are in the Castanedas parking lot next to Uppercrust Pizza and Blue Rose Tattoo shop.
