We all experience differently. My experience after having a procedure done here was the best I've ever had from any hospital stays. I spent the entire day here, and the ppl were all so kind, attentive, and professional. Honestly, throughout my lifetime I've been hospitalized many times, and I and never seen medical staff so kind. There were two nurses that should take a bow. Christina she is the nicest, sweetest nurse I've ever met. The other nurse Narghis the other over the top nurse. These women are keepers. She even called to she how I was doing a couple days later "who does that". So, based on my experience at Redwood Surgery Ctr they should refresher courses to other facilities in patient care. It's sad that service can't happen like this everywhere. This is the way is supposed to be. Thank you Redwood you got the right team❤️.
I was hesitant to give this place 5 stars because the wait times are pretty rough, and the double booking can be frustrating. I was booked for an 11:45am appt and wasn’t seen till around 1pm ish. I even considered canceling my appointment and going elsewhere. BUT I’m so glad I stuck it out because the staff here is absolutely amazing. Julia was incredibly kind, John who drew my blood was sweet, Dr. Khosla was super cool, and Violet was just on another level, so compassionate, hilarious, and full of warmth. Her energy feels like one big hug! I came in for PRP injections after a car accident, and the procedure itself was quick, easy, and surprisingly comfortable thanks to their care. If you can handle the wait, the staff and treatment make it 100% worth it.
This is my 3rd time coming in and it’s the 2nd time waiting well over an hour for an APPOINTMENT THAT ALREADY HAD A SET TIME. The 1st time I waited 1.5 hours for my own appointment and this time around I am waiting 2.5 hours for my mom to be seen since I had to drive her here. Luckily today I got seen briefly. If you want something convenient & not to feel like you to the patient are doing all of the legwork, then go somewhere else. I have much more important things to be doing with my time
I took time off work to come here for my mom's procedure and waited 2 hours. The front desk said it would be an additional 2 hour wait which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm literally paying cash and I have an appointment and i cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. Maybe book a manageable amount of patients? I'm glad I left immediately and I'm never coming back
I have gone to the center a few times for lower back injections. I get sedation when I get the shots. One of the first questions asked when doing a shot is when. was the last time you ate or drank. It’s important because you can’t eat or drink so many hours prior to the shot . The last two times I went there they did not ask me this important question. They work primarily for lawyers and they have you in and out very fast. They are somewhat negligent for not asking me this . What if I didn’t know and had eaten a mean prior to coming in? I think it could be really bad mixing food and sedation.
