I had a friend that asked if I'd drive her to a procedure she was scheduled for. Now, it's not bad enough she was nervous already and she had been up most the night enduring the steps needed to be ready for the following morning. Once we arrived she had some questions she wasn't sure how to answer so she asked the ladies at the counter. As my friend walked away I noticed one had leaned back where she was out of view and whispered something to the other girl and both started laughing. Normally I wouldn't have given it a second thought, I looked up to see what was so funny and I noticed the other person there was looking at my friend who's back was turned I realized what was said had been at my friend's account. When I confronted them about what being said of course I got one of those what? Who me? They knew I had caught them and it infuriated me!!! Simply unprofessional it made my friend very uncomfortable on top of what she was about to endure with this procedure... I myself will never go there for any procedure an I'm going to inform everyone I know to find another location and avoid this establishment because of the unprofessional way they treat there patients.

I recently had an endoscopy performed at National ASC Camarillo, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From check-in to recovery, the entire team was courteous, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The medical staff took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer my questions, and ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and handled with great care. I appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything was coordinated. Special thanks to Dr. Justin Marasigan and the nursing staff (RN Jessica and Anesthesiologist Ken) for their kindness and reassurance—it truly made a difference. I felt well-informed before and after the procedure, and follow-up instructions were clear and helpful. Highly recommend them. They combine medical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach that puts you in good hands.

This place was amazing starting from the nurse that admits, down to the discharge. Very courteous, caring staff. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend this for your endoscopic procedure.

Best Experience! Highly recommend! This facility appears to be new, or it has been maintained to the highest standards. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am very particular and didn't see one thing that I would want to change or improve. Most importantly, the staff was extremely professional, caring and light-hearted. I interacted with perhaps 10 different staff during my visit/procedure and each made me feel like a V.I.P. So glad that I drove the extra distance to come here. Thank you to all the staff and the most excellent Dr. Jay J. Guan!
