Excellent service from check-in to check-out. First-rate facility and medical personnel. Nurse Stephanie in particular did a fantastic job. Highly recommend for key surgery that is important to the quality of your life.

Had surgery here twice. once in 2023 and once last week. i only went bc of Dr. Douglas. paid full amount on my credit card. never heard any issues until today (a full year later!) when i got contacted by a debt collector for $249. omg what a joke. complete disgrace. RUN away as fast as you can. this outdated dump wants one thing-your money. you know it's bad when they don't even have a bathroom on premises.

Had a procedure here because it is where my ENT chose to operate. In hindsight I should have insisted to go to Cedars. My procedure was on a Friday, and I was pressured to leave despite not fully recovering from the effects of anesthesia for a 4h surgery. Numerous times the remaining staff kept asking where my ride was, as if their weekend was more important than my health. I was not given adequate pain medicine or anti nausea medicine and as a result I became sick when exiting the facility, while also chasing pain meds for the next 24h. Beyond unprofessional to rush someone out after a long procedure. On top of it all, you will likely be overcharged and get bills down the road from both third party anesthesiologist and whatever difference between what they overcharge and what insurance reasonably refuses to cover. This place is for profit medicine at its very worst. All they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and refuse to go here, do not let your physician dictate where to operate like I did.

Worst place in life, I've been in the medical field a little over 20 yrs and have never encountered a horrible place. For a while now I've been reading reviews before I go somewhere the ones for this surgery center are no lie. I was due for surgery today 6/25/24 yesterday I received a second call to go over everything and my arrival. But my call started with are you a man? Not a man or female, but are you a man as she laughed on the phone I told her "I'm a female do you need my birth certificate and what's so funny "? As she continues on asking me questions I knew that definitely this person only cares for a pay check not for the pt's so having a bad experience over the phone thank God I did not step foot in that place. The bad reviews are definitely true. Rude, no work ethic or compassion definitely very bad mannerism. My husband was a upset and my whole family including my five adult children are involved with my care as I have more health complications. I do not recommend this place definitely stay away from this surgery center if you want to be treated with some dignity. Always look for a second possibly a third opinion and read the reviews. This place definitely needs to be investigated and hire people that actually care and that know the meaning of why they are in the field to begin with. Or new management because it's obvious no one has checked into this place. My advice is always pay attention to your pt's there's a reason why complaints are being posted.

I had a colonoscopy scheduled yesterday and I wanted to say it was a great experience. The check in process was easy. Filled out some paperwork and didn’t wait long until I was called back. It’s an older surgery center but still well kept. I was greeted by nurse Jennipher. She was great and very calming. She got me ready, and listened when I explained the easiest spot for IV. I didn’t wait long until Dr Makhani arrived. He checked in with me and answered any questions I had. This Doc has the best bedside manner I have ever encountered. If you need a GI doctor, he is the one to see ! The anesthesia md Dr Vakilenko came over next and let me know what I was going to feel/expect and the medications being given. Reylan was my nurse in the OR and she was very informative and friendly. The anesthesia was great. I felt the versed helping me feel less anxious and then after that I woke up in recovery. It was absolutely awesome! Mary was the nurse in pacu. She explained to me how long I would be there, offered me some juice/ water and crackers. Discharged in 20 min and headed home. I had a great experience from start to finish! I work in outpatient surgery and I have pretty high standards on how patients should be treated. I feel like my procedure at LA peer surgery center went smoothly and the team did a great job! Thank you
