My experience with Dr. Beina Azadgoli has been exceptional, from the quick responses to the stellar assistants she has. My anesthesiologist was amazing to top it all off. I felt no pain other than expected swelling and soreness, until the 2nd day post-op when the moderate pain started. I originally thought I could manage it on my own but the second I expressed concern, Dr. Azadgoli sent in my prescription post haste. I felt like I was a priority the entire time, with no questions left unanswered and a clear understanding of what my body would feel like. My only hang up is with the receptionist, Amanda and my discharge nurse. My mother was in the front office awaiting the call for me to be out of surgery for 4 hours without being offered so much as a water. I do not appreciate her not being acknowledged and as a paying customer, I feel that is not at all much to ask for. She didn’t even suggest a quaint cafe for her to get a good coffee at, let alone speak to her. I don’t have the name for the discharge nurse but she wheeled me outside and we sat there for quite some time without anyone knowing if my mother was out there. I sat out there in the cold in that wheelchair on the side of the road for at least 5 minutes, I didn’t have my phone on my person to evaluate the time frame but I know we both felt the need to comment on how long we were waiting. Outside of those disappointments, the surgery center was stellar in their care for me and I feel these minor concerns can easily be addressed by the team and mended in the future. I’d be happy to recommend The Practice Surgery Center to anyone interested in making a change to their bodies.

Words cannot adequately convey my gratitude for the experience I have had with Dr. Kelly Killeen, the 436 Beverly Hills Surgery Center, and her amazing team. Dr. Killeen is not simply an incredibly talented surgeon, she is also a warm, caring and compassionate practitioner who takes the time to understand your goals and answer your questions. Her bedside manner is phenomenal—warm, reassuring, and confident in a way that is comforting and puts you at ease. The entire team, from the anesthesiologist, PAs, nurses and front office associates, operates with the same level of professionalism, care and kindness. Due to multiple cervical spine issues and surgeries, I have had to wait 15 years to undergo a much desired breast reduction surgery and was beginning to think it might be better to just throw in the towel on the thought. However, I am so glad I took a chance on a consultation with Dr. Killeen. The surgery wound up being much easier than I anticipated, my post operative pain is more minimal than I expected, and I felt well taken care of in the surgery center. My care and treatment from start to finish at the surgery center was top notch. I’m still in the early stages of my recovery, but so far my expectations, and experience are better than I could have ever imagined and they are monitoring me very closely post surgery. If you are looking for a surgeon who is skilled, caring, and supported by an amazing staff and incredible on site surgery center, Dr. Killeen is the absolute best. I feel blessed being cared for by her and her team!
