Plan on waiting several hours more than needed. They told me my surgery was two hours before my surgery time. Also, I got a text saying to show up an hour early. My driver and I had to wait several hours longer than we should have. They told me "this happens all the time, and people are even told to show up after their surgery time." They said I should fix this issue by calling kaiser. Even though they are the ones who told me the wrong time. Rather than them taking responsibility, they said it was my responsibility.

I needed a colonoscopy today and this place is very satisfactory. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schlussel really made me and my husband feel comfortable. He has years of experience and full of pleasant personality. We liked him. The nurses and anesthesiologist were kind and helpful. We did wait a long while before my surgery but they made us feel comfortable and we understood why they took a long time. We highly recommend them for your surgery needs. Thank you to everyone who assisted us today.

I gave this place 1 star only because the people at the front desk were polite. Other than that, I was kept waiting for 3 1/2 hrs, had an IV put in my arm. Just before the anesthesiologist was getting ready to drug me, they said they could not perform the surgery because of my weight. My nurse not only did not check on me during my wait, but I think she should have known their policy when she checked me in. I will never go back or let my family go there. They don't have a clue what they are doing

They were very good. I got my gallbladder removed and they helped me so much. The nurses were very friendly, patient, and understanding. I had a hard time breathing when I woke up cause I have anxiety and they gave me medicine to help calm me and assessed my pain well. It was quicker than expected, went in at 6:15am, got checked and prepped an hour later, then got my surgery and left at 10:45am. It's also very clean.
