Stay away. This clinic lacks professionalism. They often run hours late. The care is subpar. The medical advice is unhelpful.
This was the worst place I’ve been in a while, I went in for a colonoscopy. When I first arrived, there was a man who had an episode and needed to cancel his procedure, the family had driven 30 minutes to the appointment, and when he finally got to the front and was waiting for pick up, the front desk staff were talking about him so loud in the small waiting room that was packed full. They were making comments about how he was a drug addict that wasted their time and were saying his personal information out loud. When I went back for my procedure the person who was taking my information was not listening I explained my issues 3 different ways and she still wrote something else in and the doctor didn’t address why I was there. while I was waiting the older couple in the bed next to me were having their information taken and the person taking their information was practically yelling all of their proscriptions, their birthday, their phone number, and more information even though the couple were whispering to each other before she started taking their information. After my procedure Dr.Ravi didn’t come up to talk to me about my results, he stood 30ft away from me and yelled my results and what I should do. Definitely will not be returning to him or this facility.
Dr Ravi is very rude. Short and has no bedside manner. He preliminarily confirmed that my sons does have a gastrointestinal diagnosis. However, he didnt have anytime to answer questions regarding my son procedure/results and what I should do to ensure he doesn’t suffer anymore. He shouldn’t have said anything until he had the biopsy and full report if have didn't want to answer any questions. We definitely will NOT be back. I will attend his follow up to get the results, after that we will find about gastroenterologist. I will say, the time from his first appointment to the time of procedure was short and efficient. Dr Ravi’s staff is amazing and very nice. They should find somewhere else to work, the Dr doesn’t deserve their light.
I've been here for two different procedures and woke up during both of them. When I came back the second time for an endoscopy I informed them that I'd woken up during the beginning of my colonoscopy and that I might need a more heavy sedative. I woke up at the beginning of my endoscopy and told them they needed to put me back under but they continued as normal pulled out the current tube in my throat and then out another tube down my throat while I was fully conscious and made sure the staff and the doctor whe aware I was awake beforehand.
Do not go here Dr is a fraud. When in for a procedure. Which should have been billed as a preventative procedure. Prep me gave me a sedative. Had me sign some paperwork. Then billed me $600 for surgery. When I try to resolve the issue they never got back to me. After one bill is all I received they put me in collections
