This is an extremely great place to have colonoscopy procedure done. I had my last 3 procedures done there with very positive experience. The facility is very neat and clean. All the staffs I encountered were wonderful - including Judy, the nurse for my preparation before the procedure, the colonoscopy doctor, Jonathan, the nurse for my post procedure (recovery). I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs the colonoscopy procedure. They definitely deserve the highest praise for their service.

I put off having a colonoscopy for 4 years because it wasn’t the best experience when I had one 15 years ago by another provider. Uni and Valley Digestive were incredibly organized! The team communicates with each other very well so details aren’t lost. On the day of the procedure, they stayed on schedule and I was discharged an hour earlier than expected. The nurses are professional and very friendly. I was cold, nervous and alone. They relaxed me with their friendly conversations and took great care of me. Sometimes at other facilities, you can overhear the nurses gossiping or talking bad about their work. Not here. Completely focused on their patients. They talk to each other and the patients respectfully. The only strange thing was that I didn’t meet my doctor until they wheeled me into the procedure room. He was very kind and had a good bedside manner. But it was just a routine screening, so that was ok. I highly recommend this facility.

From the very beginning, the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always willing to help and answer any questions I had. I arrived feeling nervous and scared, but they made me feel calm and safe throughout the process. Everything was well organized and the procedure was quick. The entire process is very efficient, from check-in at the front desk, to prep, procedure, and re-coop. It was an all around a wonderful experience. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The snack and drink after the procedure was a pleasant surprise, given that I didn’t have anything to eat or drink since the evening prior. Even after the procedure, I still received messages to check on how I am doing. This is all so nice!

Everyone at Digestive Health was so wonderful. Laura was welcoming , warm, thorough & caring. Cecilia(anesthesiologist) was thorough & caring. I forgot the nurses name who took my blood as I was a hard poke , she was kind & compassionate. (Please look up her name ) Johnathon was also , caring , thoughtful & made sure I was comfortable. After a year of treatments for breast cancer at City of Hope who have been absolutely phenomenal. I can say the treatment , intent & care by those who cared for me far exceeded my expectations & I now place them in high esteem along with City of Hope . Thank you to you all !! I’m very grateful!
