Even I had insurance. They asked me put the money before surgury. After I pay the amount. After surgury, they asked me to pay another amount with more which is not the number we agreed before surgury.

I went on 11.17 for cataract surgery and was happy with the care I received.. Karen was the first person who checked me in. Michelle was the first nurse who settled me in the room . She was thorough and good at her job, she even offered extra blankets to make sure I was warm while waiting. My OR nurse was Gladys and took care of me. My OR tech was Ryan. I was sedated so I pretty much slept during cataract surgery . My post op nurse was Elena who gave us aftercare instructions and who wheeled me to my car, they really have a good system in place and I am happy, The tacitly was clean and OR looks high tech.. Parking was easy,

I had a hysteroscopy with D&C today and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Arcadia Outpatient Surgery Center. Every single person I interacted with was patient, kind, and attentive, and that made a meaningful difference during a vulnerable moment. My pre-op nurse, Azita, was an absolute sweetheart. She took her time going through everything with me, double-checked details, and explained each step with so much gentleness that it really put me at ease. She made me feel safe and cared for right from the start. When I was taken to the operating room, Linny helped me transition to the surgical bed and was very calm and reassuring. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Wong, was both professional and warm. He talked with me in a light-hearted, friendly way that made the experience so much less stressful. I felt completely comfortable in his care, and the anesthesia process was smooth and easy. After the procedure, I woke up to Charmaine and Mimi, who were honestly incredible. They treated me with so much patience and compassion. They made sure I was warm, comfortable, hydrated, and that I had as much time as I needed to rest. They helped me get dressed, checked on me frequently, and even called my ride to give updates. Mary also helped all the way until I was safely in the car. I truly felt looked after. Last but definitely not least, I want to thank my surgeon, Dr. Anya Rose. She is the reason I felt confident going into this procedure in the first place. She has been an exceptional OB-GYN to me, and I am very grateful to have found her. She guided me through the decision to have this surgery with care and clarity. The procedure went smoothly, I had minimal discomfort afterwards, and my recovery has been easy and complication-free. I could not be more thankful for her skill and her kindness. I am very grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by everyone at this surgery center. It made a medical experience that could have been stressful feel supportive and calm. Thank you to each of you.

I had a cataract procedure done on 7/15/25, I had already submitted an online review from my visit. No names were mentioned on my review ( sorry ), so now here's a card I got in the mail last week showing my care team names. Thank you so much, I'll be back in October for the other eye looking forward for the same care. : )

I was very impressed with this facility and the care I received. This is the best outpatient surgery center I have ever attended, to be honest. From Karen at registration, to Mimi my pre-op nurse, to Dr. Lee, my anesthesiologist, to Dr. Liu, my surgeon, to Elena, my post-op nurse... every medical staff member was extremely courteous, competent and professional. Great bedside manner. I felt like they really cared about ME and my comfort during the serious procedure I had. I do have a long recovery ahead of me. But I took every step of this journey in faith from the beginning and I pray the result will be beautiful. Thank you to everyone whom was involved with making my surgery a success. God bless.
