This place is absolutely ridiculous. They can make you wait for hours with zero explanation. Even if your appointment is at 9 a.m., theyâll completely ignore you until noon and act like thatâs totally normal. They donât care about patientsâ time at all. They expect you to show up early and wait for them for hours, but they wouldnât wait even one second for you. This is the nightmare that is the U.S. healthcare system.
Horrible place. They take forever youâll will be waiting hours to be seen. I came with my mom and we got here early. There was so many people already that had waited hours before that hadnât been seen when we arrived . When asked why have us come early if you arenât going to see the patient we were told because the dr goes at their own pace. Donât schedule a bunch of people back to back if thatâs the case .
This place is awful. I do not recommend coming here. Be ready to spend several hours you didnât account for with staff that is rude and hardly knowledgeable. We arrived for my momâs 10:45 appointment at 10:20, and she was not called until after 12:30. Several other patients that came in after us for the same procedure were seen first despite her appointment time being earlier. When she went to inquire if anything went wrong with her paperwork, the blonde girl at the front desk gave her such an attitude and was loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. When she was finally called back and went through routine questions for a second time, she was scolded by one of the nurses for answering a question incorrectly the first time. Mind you, she had gone to clarify that question with a nurse when she was first filling out her intake form, and was given incorrect guidance by the first nurse. Get a better appointment process, train your staff how to deal with the public and how to fill out your own paperwork. This place is a laughing stock. At least parking was easy, the only nice thing about this place.
Today 04/24/2025 I have my colonoscopy Dr. Robert very professional đ I recomend he did my colonoscopy all good . Also nurses are excellent service since you come reception very kind đ I'm so happy this place.
This place was a nightmare... to start off you are scheduled a time to have your procedure done but if somebody happens to come before you, you get pushed back so what is the reason to even make an appointment. When I first arrived I was greeted by a wonderful nurse named June who took all my vitals. She noticed that my blood pressure was quite high and I told her I was nervous because I have had three prior surgeries that required anesthesia and I had three Strokes following the procedures. She waited a few minutes and then took my vitals on my other arm and my blood pressure came down so she felt it was safe enough for me to have my procedure done. Then I was in a lineup to have my procedure done and when I entered the surgery room the nurse just told me to jump on the table and face down. I said good morning my name is Mary who are you? She said soup and then I said excuse me what is your name is it Susu? She said yes and continued to try and push me down on the table. I told her I was not able to lay in that position that she was asking me to because I had plates rods and screws in my neck and back so my chest needed to be elevated. She handed me a pillow and told me to put my hands forward and lay chest down as we waited for the doctor to arrive. I told her that I did not want to be put to sleep because this is the first time I am seeing this doctor and I had some concerns and questions I wanted to address with him before I was put to sleep. She told me she was going to clean my line with water to make sure it was ready for when the procedure was about to start and then she pushed the anesthesia through and knocked me out before I was able to see or speak to the doctor. Was that legal? Can she put me to sleep when I asked her not to or even without a doctor in the room? After I woke up they rushed me out of the room, helped me change my clothes and put me in a line of chairs in a hallway like we were packed like a bunch of animals waiting for our ride to be picked up. It was the worst experience the most unprofessional experience of my life. I don't even know if the nurse who put me to sleep was a nurse anesthetist or even if she had the qualifications to do that. If I were you I would never go to this facility and put your life in jeopardy.
