Front desk lady was so very rude when I had surgery and was today as well for my husband's. I understand that I have to pay my part but was very rude and told me that she can't take care credit mastercard today but she took it 2 months ago!

Had a colonoscopy and apparently my previous day prep didn't clean me completely out, Woke up laying in my own mess and told the nurse I'm laying in something wet and she said "oh yeah your bowels emptied, bathroom is over there". They couldn't have changed the bed pad under me while I was asleep?? Also while waiting before the procedure the staff were all super loud laughing and joking around the whole time. Unprofessional. Have some respect for people in there nervous about potentially serious surgeries.

On 9-27-24 I had an EGD procedure done here and I've had procedures done at this facility in the past with NO problems! It's always heartwarming to have total strangers caring for you as if you're their most important patient & this visit was just as great as my previous visits! From check-in/admissions with Chanta to GI Admin w/Julie, Charlie (CRNA) & Robbie who was the best with starting IV...pain free, such a sweetheart! Ty Robbie❣️Oh I mustn't forget recovery w/ Meagan C! Tysm to everyone on Dr. Knapples team! You guys are AWeSoMe! Ty for taking such good care of me & please know you're very much appreciated! I got very gassy & had to bid you farewell 🤣🤭

My Mother is here for a procedure & she could not rest at all since the staff at desk was talking SO LOUDLY! Talking of non work related topics. Been really nice if my Mother could relax & take a nap since the Dr was running 1 1:2 hour behind. Be more respectful to the patients
