There was confusion concerning paperwork before my procedure. I arrived unsure if they'd received the necessary paperwork. They in fact did receive the paperwork and the procedure was performed without a hitch. I did find out that they did everything they could to ensure the paperwork arrived. They went above and beyond to get the paperwork. So many thanks for that. I also must say that the volunteer gentleman in the lobby was outstanding and if I could have hugged him I would have. My wife loved him. Thank you!

The physicians and staff are amazing! Great communication, care and comfort. In and out of the center in no time after shoulder surgery.

The staff here is great. I received very good care with a carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Rauls. I was the first surgery of the day for him and was in and out very quickly. Everyone explained everything in detail and answered any questions. Dr. Rauls even said a prayer before surgery which was impressive in my opinion. I appreciated it very much. Dr. Rauls is very knowledgeable and I have full confidence in him. Having the carpal tunnel surgery is one of the best decision I've ever made, I have ZERO pain now. Praise! I have completely healed up since then. The scar is disappearing quickly.

I have had to have procedures twice in the last two years here. The staff is amazing, everyone is kind, helpful and caring about their patients! My last procedure was 4/2/2025… from the start, all employees were considerate and supportive! Thank you for making this an experience that was positive.

My first surgery at the new outpatient surgery center was a very positive experience. All the nurses were so nice and helpful. Dr Lloret, the anesthesiologist, explained everything and took his time, even with a little humor. He was such a nice man. The ladies in the operating room were great as well. They made me feel very comfortable, and weren't in a hurry. The anesthetist was fantastic, I believe her name was Angela. She made me feel so calm when I thought I would need a shot for anxiety, but indeed I didn't. My surgeon, Dr. Rauls did an amazing job on my knee. I'm so happy I chose the right surgeon. Thank you to Baxter Health as well.
