Great experience at the Surgical Pavilion; Everyone was extremely nice and we did not have any issues. Having surgery is challenging physically and mentally and this group took amazing care of my loved one and my family.
From the staff at the front to all the surgical staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, all were very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Love was great. he explained what he was going to do and why. All staff made you feel comfortable. Definitely will refer others to them.
I’ve had two surgeries here. Every time has been pleasant and informative. My last surgery, today, the pre op nurse Michaela was amazing but my post op nurses, Jonathan and Stephanie were phenomenal and so very kind. They all made me feel at ease and feel better. Thank you all!
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at the Surgical Pavillion, starting with the front desk staff and continuing with the pre-op and post-op nurses, anesthesia, OR techs...everyone! It was a wonderful experience and I have not one negative thing to say. If I need outpatient surgery again, I would not hesistate to use the Surgical Pavillion!
I had a surgery date and time set up for me three months prior to my surgery at the Surgical Pavilion. It was confirmed by my doctor’s office 20 days before surgery. My check in time was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I left my house at 7:00 a.m. and was told by Lisa, the staff member, that I was supposed to be there at 6:30 a.m. and she tried to call me the day before of the change , however I never received any phone calls or messages that she had called. At 7:30 a.m. she called me and told me she personally spoke to my doctor on the phone and he was on his way in to the hospital but had to be at his office at 8:00 a.m. for clinic I asked to speak to someone in charge and was referred to Dawn, the head nurse.. She told me I was supposed to fill in for a cancelled surgery. I am not psychic and I never received any information or calls or texts about this change of their plans. I had already paid the hospital in full for services. She informed me that I should contact my doctor’s office to reschedule. Now after many preparations and expenses to keep my scheduled date and time slot I need to wait another two and a half months for surgery. But I will not be using aThe Surgical Pavilion. My doctor has made better arrangements.
