1-star only because 0-star isn't available. I was scheduled for surgery and no one called me the day prior to provide the information I needed. They claim they tried. Also when they couldn't get me by phone they did not message me through their patient portal and they didn't try calling my wife who's number is on my profile. The anesthesiologist didn't fully explain what I was going to experience that day. And MOST TROUBLING, they gave me no after hours number to call if I experienced any complication. Which I did. So I called my neighbor for help. Read other reviews for this item is also listed. They allow little time for recovery and rush you out. I have no memory of post-op, getting dressed (I assume they dressed me), getting wheeled out, getting in a car, driving home, the first memory I have is waking up at home 7 hours after the surgery. Way too much anesthesia! My wife told me I was shaking and incoherent during the entire post-op and my pants fell down in the parking lot because the nurse didn't fasten my pants or belt. I can not recommend this surgery center.

Dr. Grynwald and his entire team were completely inconsiderate and incapable during my care and surgery prep. I was ignored for hours, poked over and over without them finding a good vein to stick, and even tried to convince me out of my surgery for the sake of them just not wanting to do it. When I asked what was going on or what their plan was I never got a real answer. Grynwald was rude and apathetic to my needs, and the staff did not seem to care about my comfortably. Do not go to the for your care. Their incompetence will leave you feeling worse than you had before. Go somewhere else.

My mom is almost 80 and broke her wrist in 3 places after a fall. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. A few things, they doped her up pretty good after the surgery and they didn't give her time to fully wake up before they discharged her. She was clearly out of it, still asleep, couldn't function on her own but they hurried her on out. They didn't wait to see if she was going to be sick, didn't give her water, just pushed us on out the door. I understand it's outpatient and they weren't going to keep her but felt they didn't make sure she was ok before we left. She was throwing up on the way home but still out of it. I like her doctor and the staff was great, I'm not sure who determines when to discharge the patients but they should have a bit more compassion and make the determination on a case by case basis.

Got a call 2 days before my surgery for a bill that had to be paid up front. The cost made it impossible for me to have my surgery. What kind of business practice is that? When surgery was discussed shouldn't I have had that discussion to see if it was financially feasible? Maybe we could have had a different plan of care but now I've been preparing for this for almost two weeks and now cannot afford it. Was also told I should expect more calls from the anesthesiologist and the doctor for more money prior to the surgery. This is unbelievable and without compassion. Thanks for nothing. I would never recommend these people to do anything. Oh yeah don't bother calling... Been on hold for over an hour.

These folks are horrible. We used the surgery center and paid the bill twice. After having our bank take the second payment back because they wouldn’t refund it they called for weeks trying to collect it. After I told them they had the money and to quit calling me they turned my wife over to Sherwood hot check department even though it was not a hot check but a cancelled check. They put a warrant out for my wife’s arrest. We produced a copy of the cancelled check and they finally agreed we were paid in full. These people are incompetent and obviously horrible at customer service. I will let my dog operate on me before they will.
