1. Required a 3% upcharge to pay with a credit card. 2. Did not provide any anticipated cost information upfront. (Does a surgery center not have to follow the Hospital Price Transparency rule? The doctor’s office provided this information.) 3. Did not provide any updates during a long (2+ hour) delay in waiting for a procedure. (The physician ended up coming out to provide an update but I never heard from any of the staff.) 4. Did not report a bleeding complication post-op to the physician, who was unaware of the problem until the follow up visit. I expected a better experience from of a private facility but was disappointed. If future procedures are required and I have the option, I will choose to go to a hospital.

I cannot say how impressed I’ve been with the ppl at this center and the Anesthesiologist co they use. I had a procedure scheduled that had to be canceled and how they have handled my refund and keeping me in the loop on everything has been impressive, professional and highly abnormal considering what I’m used to. Just wanted to brag on Andrea for being so kind, professional and making me a priority. Thank you! Hopefully I’ll see you guys again in the future.

Amazing experience. I went for a simple surgery for ingrown toenails and they were very calm and polite. I could tell it was rushed, yet they still were very nice and made me feel very safe. My first surgery, i.v. and all that, and I'd even call it fun. The anesthesia person nailed the iv first try and even explained how it works so I wouldn't worry. Wone up and got a soda and the nurse explained how the surgery went, warned me about side effects and gave me grippy socks! Wish I could give it 10 stars

Horrible customer service, worst service. The rudest rep in billing I've ever encountered. This rep can't distinguish between someone getting upset regarding over charging to accusing you of yelling(which I was not) The rude rep also hung up mid conversation. After they give you a "estimate" you will most certainly get another bill, because you have to sign a form stating you will pay. I have an attorney.
