When I told another provider about the new lump on my neck, I was referred to AOC for an ultrasound. Dr. Colclasure took one look and immediately scheduled me for a fine-needle biopsy the very next day. When the results were suspicious for cancer, he personally called and scheduled me for an excisional biopsy an hour later. Through one of the scariest weeks for me and my family, he was kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Colclasure and AOC!

Don’t waste your time! I had an appointment scheduled over two months before, day of they tell me they tried to call to reschedule because Dr wanted to do appointments differently. I would have to wait another two months. Bad practice and horrible patient care!!!!

Made me wait on the phone a long time just to transfer me. Maybe ask what someone needs and then put them on hold or transfer them right away so they don’t have to wait 2 times.

I had an appointment with one of the doctors for an ear cleaning. He couldn't do it so they assigned it to another doctor. He was upset about having to be late for lunch and when he was cleaning my ears he scraped my eardrum so hard, I thought he was going to puncture it. He let up a little but it still rough and it hurt more than it should have. He never apologized for his actions. He just said that he was hungry and needed to finish asap.
