I was very impressed with the efficiency and personable interactions of the surgical team. Each of the eight individuals I interacted with in the three hour period of being there were exceptional in their respective medical roles and worked together to seamlessly provide high quality medical and patient care. I was impressed with the genuine expressions of friendliness, attention and concern.

My husband and I arrived for hus surgery. The check in staff was very rude to me. She ask if his phone number was correct and he agreed. I then ask her if she needed my phone number and she rudely said " no I just need his info." So I backed off. Then she ask him for emergency contact. That's me his wife I said. She didn't apologize or nothing. Plus she looked down her nose at me. So rude.

Had no idea my doctor, Dr. Poindexter would be the one to administer my Epidural Injection to my cervical spine. Knew from visits w her in office she was top-notch, but to see her in an operating room setting, it was impressive, ultra professional...could say much more more! The staff at this surgical center definitely deserve a 5 star rating as well. Awesome experience from the front desk, in pre-op, operating rm, recovery and out the door! Excellent!

Everyone except the nurse that inserted my IV was wonderful. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for my IV experience. IVs are so terrifying to me, and although the nurse could see I was visibly anxious/scared, she was very rough with my hand and impatient. She kept aggressively slapping my hand to get a vein to pop up. She blew a vein on her first attempt which was extremely painful. She asked if I was usually a “difficult stick” and kept telling me in an annoyed tone that l “needed to relax.” This experience confirmed why I have such a big fear of IVs. I really hope she doesn’t treat all of her patients like she treated me.

I never leave reviews but i wanted to for this. I’m extremely anxious when it comes to medical procedures and on my first time having to receive anesthesia i was so lucky to have two of the sweetest nurses ever who made me feel so safe! I didn’t ever catch their names but those two ladies made me feel so much better about everything and I will never forget how kind they were!
