The immediate hands on Staff that I dealt with is kind and eager to help. There are a few that need to come out of their shells. There is one person in the Staff that needs to be retrained in human relations. ( Prejudice and Discrimination is an indication of low self esteem and or ignorance ) My surgery is still on going. But I trust have to trust the expertise and knowledgeable approach.presented to make it work. One day at a time....
