Dr E. Cubillo is the best pain management Dr I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. He's extremely patient wanting to know all details of the issues giving problems. He takes much time in explaining all details and answering any questions. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Doctor. Contact is always easy with him or his office using the patient portal access.

The Doctors deserve a 5 star so I hate to do this. But the clinic itself and the billing department is so money hungry and unprofessional it's ridiculous. I started in September with a workman's comp injury, they tried to bill my insurance, the workman's comp insurance and charged me for the first two visits. I've been constantly asking for a refund of the money I spent with no response. They're getting paid by workman's comp insurance and still want to take from the patient. The last thing anyone needs when they are hurt is a bunch of money grubbers to deal with. Then they take your money in a crooked way and won't give it back. I recommend anyone that's in pain to go some where else. Like I said the doctors are great but the billing department are crooks. Find somewhere else to go

They are great for routine pain maintenance , but for acute severe pain the support staff and phone tree leave a lot to be desired. I have been in severe pain for 6 weeks now after my initial injection and it took 5 weeks to get a follow up appointment with the PA , not even an MD. The phone tree takes forever to reach someone and sometimes dont get a call back for days. The process of resolving acute pain needs some revision. I feel like i get lost in the system. I just need some relief!!

Staff at Pain Institute are extraordinary in my eyes. They make their patients feel so comfortable and make them feel at ease. Dr. Cornidez makes his patience experience feel personal not like they're just another 15 minutes on their schedule. He takes his time to explain everything and to make you feel super comfortable. I appreciate Dr. Cornidez for his professionalism in the office. Is everything you can to make sure you know what procedure is going to be and how it's going to happen. I strongly recommend Pain Institute to anyone that is in need such treatment. Sincerely David Sherrer
