I don’t know where to begin so let’s start with the smell of the waiting room. Disorganization of the staff they’re rudeness of the fact that I show up on time doctors’s running a half hour plus behind yet no one comes to let me know I go up to double check what time my appointment is and they tell me well you can wait or reschedule not their problem. Let’s go into the fact that that waiting room needs a huge upgrade letters, falling off the wall, and I’m supposed to go in meet a doctor and trust him with my eyes based upon the lack of Customer Service the odor that I don’t know what’s coming out of the waiting room and the fact that it’s falling apart needs a complete upgrade. This is not good for impressions and I’m supposed to trust… this. ??? Yeah, if the tables were turned, and I just decided to show up late, this is not how that appointment would go

My first time at this facility was great from the office staff to Dr. Olsen I felt confidence in the procedures they did. My vision had changed fast this year so his recommendations proved to help in a number of ways. The following visits have been just as good as the first visit. The surgery center staff were professional in all aspects of patient care.

Very professional and friendly tech set me up for the exam by Dr Olsen, who as always was very thorough and professional while being friendly and outgoing. I've been going here for years, and it's clear across town from me, but I continue because I like and trust Dr Olsen, and the techs are always friendly, professional, and efficient.

I was very pleased with my experience with Barnet Dulaney Perkins and specifically with Dr. Mudie and her group. My home is just about 2 hours from the office in Tucson. My local eye doctor referred me. It was intended to be an evaluation of skin tags appointment. Dr. Mudie does skin tag removals from eyelids regularly and quickly. She offered and I accepted her invitation to remove them while I was there to do away with another 4-hour total round-trip drive time for such a simple and quick procedure. I was very appreciative and am now under recovery in my own town! Thank you. Dr. Mudie and your group.

My experience at Barney Dulaney Perkins Eye Center was a mixed one. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, and the male assistant conducting the vision screening was friendly and helpful. However, my appointment with Dr. Martin and his female assistant (blonde and stout) was less positive. I felt somewhat rushed during the visit and found them to be a bit distant and unfriendly, which has made me hesitant to book a follow-up. That said, I do appreciate the thorough check-up and am glad to hear that my eyes are healthy for now.
