Wonderful experience. Have previously not had great interactions with Banner but this center is doing a fantastic job. Front desk - very welcoming and competent. I was called by Banner prior to the procedure and asked to pay a large dollar amount, the person on the phone was unable to explain why this amount was different from what my insurance was telling me and, I believe, made up an excuse to get the money and get me off the phone. The lady at the surgery center from desk, Marisol I believe, was very friendly and competent. She was able to explain what the person on the phone could not. The nurses are highly competent and know their jobs well (which is to be expected) but they also seemed to enjoy their jobs! This makes a huge difference in the care that they deliver.

My husband just had his surgery today. Dr Tucker was amazing (as always) but everyone that came into contact with my husband from the lady at the front to the RN that wheeled him out. Everyone was Amazing. Lisa-RN Donna RN, Anesthesia Dr, sorry y’all I don’t remember your names but I remember how comfortable y’all made me feel leaving my husband behind in PreOp. When working in Healthcare and we’re on the other side there’s not to much that can comfort us. But today I was not only comfortable, I was assured my husband was in good hands. God Bless y’all and thank you for taking such good care of my hunny.
