Delaney was kind and oversaw my surgery check in. She was also a good listener when I told her about how my IV felt and she also was very humble and cautious, wanting to double check things and bring a team member over to double check. This is quality care and an ego that's in check, all for the betterment of the patient. Tina was helpful with my IV placement and also was very kind and happy to help. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. A few days after discharge, Valerie called to check on me. This brought my care, full circle. Only improvement/ suggestion would be to get my insurance card at check-in along with my ID, in case it's needed for any pathology since it was hard to find upon waking sedated and I had to rely on others to find it. I would choose them again for any elective surgery where my surgeon has access to this facility. - Sara A.
