Wish I had read these reviews before letting my surgery happen here. Surgery was great, staff was great. Problems in this billing dept is unacceptable. Paid as required prior to surgery but now 2.5 months later because of my deductible I’m owed 2k and you can’t get a call back nor an email back without multiple attempts. Just say “in processing”. Should be able to charge them a LATE FEE for lack of payment!

Wow! Awesome staff and a wonderful environment to get medical treatment. Dr. Rowley was terrific as was every nurse!! Me last visit was equally perfect. An awesome staff!

The medical staff at this center is wonderful. However, the billing department, and Lisa in particular, is terrible. The center charged me the amount to meet my deductible which I paid in full the day before the procedure. The center still has not billed my insurance two weeks later. The surgeon and anesthesiolgist have claims already pricessed - and those met my deductible. So now - Lisa - is telling me that the surgery center will have to have their claims submitted and I will have to wait and then perhaps a refund will be due to me! Completely ineffective means of billing - the money that I paid this place should be paid to my doctor because Lisa has yet to even file my claim. Lisa was condescending and rude. She laughed at me and an official complaint will be filed.

Nurses were extremely helpful and very nice. I was treated like a king while I was there. My surgery was delayed by the Dr and they brought me my phone and my glasses so I could have something to do and look at while I was waiting. I have had quite a few surgeries in my life at many different surgery centers, and this place was, hands down, the very best!!! I felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure they gave me the best experience and they were very successful. I highly recommend this facility!!!
