Wow, lack of professionalism. Was calling because I have a certain rare eye condition. I've seen the best of the best in Dallas texas with the Steger group, and best of the best in Massachusetts as Mass general and Brigham and women's eye in Boston. My doctor was also a professor teaching at the medical college. I called today looking for a good eye docotor and the wormen that answered was extremely extremely rude. Wow. Not a place I want to go to. I told my self I will not go to an office that hires poorly mannered receptionist. I wasn't rude or mean to her in any way. She acted rude from the moment she answered. I told her my eye condition and she had even more attitude. This lady needs to work for McDonald's with her behavior. Called on monday September 22nd 2024. At 3:35pm. Have called log proof.

I just had my eye exam at Scottsdale Eye Physicians and Surgeons, PC. 5/2/2025. Everyone was so kind and friendly. From the front desk staffs to the tech staff who did my exams and O.D. they were great. There was no hesitation when they did my eye exams. The technology was up to date and helpful. The O.D. explained well about my eye condition and what I needed to do to keep it from getting worse. This place is highly recommended. Worth it and you won't get regret it.
