I am blown away by the blatant disregard for patient's privacy. While going through my procedure, we had an anesthesiologist openly discussing negative about the previous patient. Along with the complications and the reasoning why the patient wanted to fill out a incident report .This was a clear and blatant HIPAA violation. The whole process made me feel as if I was in a back alley makeshift facility. I would highly encourage any patient to avoid going here.

I had my hip replacement surgery here with Dr. Russo. Wonderful experience and everything went smoothly. All staff were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Surgery Center itself it excellent. Billing is another story. Called me roughly 2 hours prior to my surgery in December 24, to demand money. OK, you have to get paid. Perhaps an error in the timing. Mistakes happen. My wife had surgery 5/15/25 and lo and behold another call demanding money 2 hours prior to her surgery. Very poor timing on these calls. How about you just submit to Insurance AFTER the procedure, and we pay any remaining balance like every other medical provider? Just piss poor timing and an extraordinarily misguided policy.

Great experience, would highly recommend! I was called a few days ahead of time with an estimate of how much I would owe for my procedure. A nurse called me the day before to make sure I knew the plan & to answer all my questions. Nellie at the front desk was warm and efficient. As expected, the new facility was clean and nicely decorated. I entered my medical history online prior to the appointment, so I didn't have to review that laundry list with the nurses prior to surgery. Everything was streamlined. Sharon, RN & Jaime, the charge RN both took great care of me. I was nervous, so they held my hand and talked to me when Dr. To did the block, and again after the surgery. Dr. To was also awesome, talking to me the whole time, before, during, and after my surgery (which didn't require sedation). All questions were answered prior to my discharge home. Another RN called a few days later just to make sure I was doing alright, and to see if I had any questions. The staff genuinely seemed to care.
