⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience with Dr. Narain and TJ at Arizona Surgical Specialists in Tempe has been nothing short of amazing. TJ is the heart of the office—she coordinates and schedules all of my dad’s visits and goes above and beyond to make things easier for him. The moment she sees him pull up, she’s outside helping him out of the car with his walker and guiding him into the building. Her friendliness, genuine care, and attention to his needs make every visit stress-free. Dr. Narain is truly a miracle worker. His knowledge and skill are unmatched, and his recommendations have made a noticeable difference in my dad’s overall health. He suggested two separate surgeries on different days, and both procedures went smoothly and improved my dad’s quality of life tremendously. We are so grateful for this team. They combine expert medical care with heartfelt compassion, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

People complain a lot about things that are irrelevant. Billing issues... Call your insurance and find out. They are here to provide a service and often if the patient doesn't update insurance and or has a copay they blame a Dr's office. Also if it is packed it is because they provide anesthesia and everyone needs a driver. Sure it is not big enough but procedures only last 15 MINUTES! I love the dr. The office staff and nurses. They are nothing but kind and compassionate.

I came here for a pain injection and they were running about 2 hours late. When I got in, nobody seemed to know what they were doing or have any familiarity with my procedure. I had to wait for someone to go grab additional equipment to get started. Whole process took about 3 hours

This isn't at staff. This is towards the business itself. This company seems much more dedicated to making money and pushing as many appointments as they can put in a day. Which one set back and the whole day will be behind. I get arriving early to your appointments there could be payments to process paperwork what have you, but for this to be a mandatory get here 15 min prior and we aren't seen for almost 2 hours. How is that fair or make any sense. Then turning into a 3 hour+ appointment and most of it was spent waiting. How can you hold a patient to a certain expectation and standard when clearly you have none for yourself.

Disappointed, as a driver I expect to be able to drop my patient for their procedure go get food, do what I need to real quick and then come back. This facility makes you come 1 hour early and then has the audacity to tell you that you are required to stay on site for the entire time. It is a little ridiculous since they are the medical professionals and should be able to handle every situation presented to them. Inconveniencing the entire party is just silly.
