Was notified glasses were in, got here at 1, sign on door CLOSED FROM 12:30 TO 1:30.waited till 130 still closed, went inside second sign five feet from front door says closed until 1:45. At 1:45 they finally showed up. I asked the lady why the did not update their web page when they change their office hours and she just grind and said they had no control over their page. So I asked did that pretty them from updating thr sign on the door and she just said sorry. This place obviously discounts their clients time but I will definitely not be back.
After testing, Dr. Palmer assured me that " my cobwebs" in my vision I was seeing was temporary. Thank you for getting me in for an apt. so quickly. Thank you so much! Karen Brown
They will take upwards of 2 hours for a regular eye check, in which you might get to see the doctor for 10 minutes . I’m guessing plenty of people are getting fed up that they have begun to post the times you will be waiting, as if posting this into. you will be there for hours for a 10 minute appointment makes it better.
The doctor was very kind and thorough and I especially want to commend Nick the person who did the basic tests before the doctor saw me. He was very calm and a great listener and because of him, I felt like all my concerns were addressed. Overall is was the very best experience.
They have a no refund policy for ordered glasses my prescription was wrong and the line was either to high or to low cause was very wavy. While they did say I could have another exam to get it right its a 2 hr drive round trip.So I just had them get rid of the bifocal line and I had to tell them what prescription I needed to see close up so in the end I have a 200.00 plus pair of reading glasses. Never going back.l
