The staff was wonderful! We had a little delay perfectly normal in a surgical facility. They kept us informed and warm until the surgery. Very knowledgeable staff add and I felt they handled all the details so the Doctor/surgeon could work. Which Dr. Pfizer did work to clarify what to expect. The outcome is above what expected I have less pain already and more flexibility. Very happy with the whole process. I never expect to have what I had at 25 but every process with his office has added relief to my aging body!

My surgeon did a fine job. I checked before surgery to make sure the anesthesia group was in my private insurance network. Insurance reported them to be in-network. It turns out that the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who took care of me was not in-network. The No Surprises Act kept me from being billed over $45,000 for general anesthesia and a nerve block. Upon Anesthesia billing and disputing offered insurance payment, my insurance ended up paying over $43,000 for these services. I had surgery at a different surgery center 9 months before with an in-network MD Anesthesiologist. The earlier surgery was comparable with both general and local nerve block anesthesia for similar time. The in-network Anesthesiologist was paid around $1000 for all services. I could not believe that an out of network provider could be paid 43 times what an in-network provider could get. I am thankful for the No Surprises Act, but encourage patients to find out if the Anesthesia provider on day of their surgery is in network or not. When health insurance has to pay these high amounts to out of network providers, we all suffer higher rates.

My husband had surgery here on 12-9-25. We have no insurance so we did cash pay and I am SO grateful for a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a one hour surgery (think YRMC locally here in Prescott for 10x the price of this place). Our cash pay price was fair and the staff couldn't have been more amazing! From the front desk to Staci Meagher in billing and all the nursing staff, we had a wonderful experience here and would 100% come back and use their services in the future if we ever need it. I highly recommend this facility!

The staff and physicians at POSC are caring, attentive and personable. I've had several epidurals here and never any problems. The surgical teams have always been excellent and I'm usually left with a small bandage and no bruising. Thanks, POSC, for the wonderful care

I had my first surgery ever here, and the staff were beyond fantastic. Words can't describe how much their positive energy and great attitudes helped what would have otherwise been a terrifying ordeal, into just another day. Every person I spoke to from the front desk check in, to the anesthesiologist were compassionate and caring. Literally every room I was moved into after checking in, I was given warmed up blankets. They made sure I was comfortable every single step. And then at the end, they give you anything you want to drink while you wait to be released. I went with grape juice and did not regret it. Thanks again to every staff member here. You guys really made everything better. Cheers!
