Had a post surgical follow up colonoscopy at Phoenix Endoscopy and it was a great experience. The scheduling, check in, pre and post procedure briefing were easy, informative, and timely. All staff were pleasant, customer centric, caring, and professional! The front office and pre/post procedure waiting areas were clean and pleasant. It didn't feel like I was in a hospital setting. I would highly recommend Phoenix Endoscopy, Dr. Drewitz, and staff for all colonoscopy related procedures.
Arrived early for my appointment but the front desk person opened the door and let me in so I wasn’t waiting outside. Didn’t have to wait very long before I was taken to the back for screening. All of the nursing staff and Doctors were very friendly and introduced themselves to me and what there role was going to be in the procedure that I was having. I was assured that everything was going to be fine and last thing I remember was my doctor and the staff singing “Sweet Caroline”. Once I was in recovery everything was explained to me and I was on my way home, I did have staff follow up with a phone call to make sure I was feeling well. Thank you
Dr. Mills and his staff are wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you feel well taken care of. Dr. Mills is extremely caring and spends a great amount of time going over every detail, never making you feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable, up to date with the latest treatments, and explains everything clearly. I’m truly glad I chose him as my gastroenterologist and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care.
I had a colonoscopy. And I was treated like I was at a spa. Everybody was so kind. They give you warm blankets. Each person introduces themselves and explains their role. The procedure went smoothly, and the results were explained to me.If I could be treated like that every month, I would be very happy! But I guess I’ll have to settle for every five years!
Dr.Drewitz is great. He was very personable and talked me through what to expect. The nurses and staff were very accommodating and answered all my questions and concerns. For the procedure I had done it ended up being a very relaxing and non stressful event. A truly professional organization that I am thankful for having the opportunity to be their patient. Thanks for everything Doc.
