My experience here was excellent. Not only was the care good, but the quality of CARING SERVICE far exceeded my expectations. From Mere at check-in to Arleen, Renee, Olena, and Loretta, they all exuded a true investment in my experience as a patient. It's something you don't see often in the US health care system. @Banner you need to compliment these team members!!

This was my first ever surgery. Even leading up to the procedure was amazing. I got a call that morning that I could come in early due to a cancellation so made it in early. Check in was easy due to doing most paperwork online with the portal. Then it was time to go back. The first nurse was helpful more paperwork. Changed into the gown, more of the team showed up introductions were made from the Anesthesiologist explaining what would be happening to the other nurse working on my IV (huge kudos to her since she has been the first nurse to do my left side with my big Halloween/scream tattoo) then heading back to the OR and made it to the table. Then explained more of the team how quickly every one knew their own jobs. I quickly got the mask on and told to take deep breaths and I was out. I woke up in recovery and the nurses were amazing telling me how everything went. Overall everything was great. This establishment was wonderful and the team for this was wonderful and knew I was anxious and scared and eased that every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the kindness and compassion they showed me from beginning to end here. Thank you so much for this. I can't say enough nice and kind words for this team that helped me this morning. Thank you!

I had surgery here on June 28 and I am no stranger to surgical procedures. My experience was amazing from check-in to getting into my car. I was kept informed, concern for my comfort at all time, especially in recovery. Nurses went above and beyond and knew what to do to keep me comfortable when I had some post op shivers and such. They treated my family kindly as well!!!!

Had a surgery done here on Tuesday. Prior to having surgery, each encounter with the staff was so pleasant and they were very efficient. Day of surgery came and they exceeded every expectation. Check in was fast and very efficient. Nurses were professional and calmed my nerves as my anxiety was through the roof. The center felt very calm and not busy like a hospital would. Post surgery the nurses took very good care of me and ensured my husband had all of the information we would need to make me comfortable at home. Would definitely go back. Thank you for your great care!
