Worst service! We have been here twice and same experience (I accompanied a patient). They ask you to get there 30 minutes early and then make you wait over an hour from your appointment time. We waited for 2 hours. These poor patients are literally in a pain center… everyone is so uncomfortable and they have to wait for so long. I feel like they are taking advantage of their pain. What other choice do they have but to wait? I think the worst part is the lack of empathy. Go somewhere else if you can! To the employees of this place… do better. I asked if this was a regular occurrence and they said that it was and no matter what time you schedule you will have to wait over an hour. If you know this is a thing… fix your scheduling!

Staff here are phenomenal! Special praise for Mia who placed my IV. I’ve had dozens, always extremely painful for me, she did so completely painlessly. I strongly urge patients to request her if possible. Thank you you all for your kindness, and Mia for your expertise!

Doctors and staff members are amazing except one. I believe she is director of nurses, cant recall her name but i took my mother for her procedure and this woman was very unprofessional towards her peers, i felt so uncomfortable to hear from from the closed curtain. I noticed she would speak negatively towards externs who i thought gave amazing care towards my mother. My mother couldnt stop talking about how wonderful Cathy was...she calls her little miss dynamite because her personalty and compassion beamed so brightly that made my anxious mother felt so relaxed and safe. Thank you Az Surgical Specialist of west Phoenix for the amazing job you did and special thanks to Cathy for your wonderful heart of gold and helping me get my mom in the car!

Not knowledgeable in service animal laws and pretty much kicked me out of the lobby/ waiting room because I had a "dog". No I had no plans to go into the surgical suits I was simply waiting on my mom and denied access to the LOBBY because they have had trouble in the past with dogs.
