I had two procedures this week at Banner surgical. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors to the anesthesiologist. Everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend banner surgical for any of your medical procedures. They are all professional. They’re all friendly. I am very happy with my procedures being done there. I highly recommend.

Stay away from this surgery center. Stay away from Banner. My experience was 2 different suite fees to equal 1 grand when they could have done and upper and lower G.I at the same time. So they subject patients to Anesthesia more than once which is not necessary. My wife had her procedures scheduled and they canceled it the day before be cause the so called medical director knows nothing about what needs a clearance and what doesn't. They are selfish and look at cases the day before but they sure he'll go after their money 1 month in advance. Banner when you go to reply to this message save it. Fill out your form does nothing for anyone. It only is a last ditch effort to act like you care.

Not my personal experience but to someone I care for.... Communication is horrible. The prep for colonoscopy made him projectile vomit sick, weak and sweats so had to cancel the appointment. Never disclosed but charged $150 for the cancellation.

From the moment I walked into the surgery center this morning my experience was above and beyond. My nurse Kelley, anesthesiologist Jason, Dr. Jensen, the male nurse and all the other staff made me feel comfortable, cared for and my surgical experience went great. Their work ethic’s and kindness made my day wonderful . Thank you to all!
