This review is a bit overdue. The doctors in this facility were great, they appeared profesional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff however, rude and disrespectful in their service. I came to this facility because they mentioned over the phone that they could get me a test that my employer was requesting. When I went in person they appeared to be very agitated and irritated when I showed them on my phone the specific test that I needed and immediately felt that I was being treated as an annoyance. When I got my results, I did not get the specific test that I had requested, and upon requesting them, they made me wait over a week to pick them up. The results that were given to me the second time were also not from the exam that I had taken, and upon going back and forth with the staff, they reluctantly brought a manager who was able to get me the proper results. At the end of the day, I got proper care and did end up getting the paperwork needed for my employer. However, I will not be going be going to this clinic again due to the attitude I received from the front desk personnel.

Normally don’t review doctor offices but I’ve been going here awhile and like most of my many eye appointments I have, I usually can anticipate being there for 2 hours, however yesterday I feel like they made some changes and I was in and out within an hour. So I had to say whatever they did I hope it continues to stay this way. Definitely an improvement I appreciated.

Very professional staff, kind, caring, and efficient. They work as a team, to give the patient an excellent experience. This was my 4th encounter with the surgery center, they are consistent from visit to visit. Highly recommend them, and Dr’s Adleberg, Retinologist, and Dr Yee who did my follow up.

This location is incredibly slow and they give no updates or information along the way. We checked in via a kiosk 20 minutes prior to the appt. No one told us the doctor was running behind. An hour after our appt time we finally got called back, but just for the first routine tests where they measure your eyes. Then we were taken to a second waiting room where we waited for another hour. Again, at no point did anyone apologize for or acknowledge the delay. It's 12:12 the doctor just walked in the room and our appt was at 10:40am. Just crazy. They have a note on the wall that consultations can take 2-3 hours, but no one told us that ahead of time, not did anyone say in that note it's 2-3 hours of WAITING. Since we're here, probably gonna come back for the cataract surgery, but if I need anything in the future I'm definitely going somewhere else. Update: the doctor saw us for all of 5 minutes and the experience was nothing to write home about... positively anyways. It wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't worth waiting 2 hours for. We were already seen by another southwestern eye doctor a couple of weeks ago who did exactly the same things that were done today. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was very happy with the doctor but the process of checking in is extremely long. They evidently overbook. After getting basic eye exam, the one before you see him, you have exrays, photos etc. The only problem is there are 15 people ahead of you. I was there 2 hours. I believe you should be able to go from one exam room to expats etc without a lengthy wait, maybe dont book so many appointments that close together.
