I had an epidural with sedation for my back pain yesterday and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly front office very professionally pleasant staff. I have been to a couple different surgery centers and this one is the best. I felt very relaxed and confident in their care. If you need to have anything done at a surgery center this is the one to go to. Highly recommend!!

I had a procedure here yesterday, and as I love and appreciate my doctor, this center choice of staff is less to be desired. The recovery staff Casandra was the absolute ruddiest person she addressed me in a very annoying tone, she was irritated and short with me as I was waking up from anesthesia. She had a horrible attitude like she was force to take care of a patient. After 16 hours from not having anything to drink or eat, I asked for something to drink and crackers, she replied in an annoyed tone we don’t have crackers and walked away. The worst was her recklessly behavior pushing me in the wheelchair, I had to hang on otherwise I would have been thrown from the chair twice not to mention she was right on a person that was walking in front of us I could have touch her leg, she asked me in a rude tone is this your car, I replied no, than what color is it. I said black she whipped the wheelchair around and once it stop I immediately got up and got myself into the car. If you care about your patients, it’s in your best interest not to have people like this working for you. She was incredibly mean!

I've taken my 89 YO mother here 5 times, and although once we are called to the back everything is pretty much awesome, the front desk has something to be desired. They give you a packet every time you check in, it's about 6 or 7 pages long, and each time, they are the same. Why can't they figure out how to merge the info and print it out so we only need to make changes, if necessary? The worst part was the last time we went, we were 5 minutes (not 6, not 4!) and the receptionist was not nice. She made a big deal about 5 minutes late, regardless of the fact that our first 4 visits we were on time and had to sit an wait for 10-15 minutes before being called back. She told us she would have to go see if we were too late, which took her 3.5 minutes...I timed it! To top it off, they give you an appointment time and ask you to be there 45 minutes early. The front office needs some management to get in there and streamline the process. Other than that, we have been very satisfied with all that goes on once you are called to the back.

I had an injection scheduled here after my pain doctor decided to stop using the space in his office. Worst experience. Once I found out I would be receiving the injection in this surgery center I called to find out what they expected as far as payment up front. No one ever answered the multiple times I called. The day before my appointment I received the PA from the insurance with the network status as OON, so they definitely should have been calling me or the insurance since the insurance website showed them in-network. Called again, left a message, no call back as of the morning of my appointment. I called and finally got a live body for all it was worth, the person I spoke to was extremely rude as well as completely clueless. Stated they had just received the PA by mail that morning, so does that mean they just don't care and assume they will collect from the patient if there wasn't a PA issued? I went in and maybe got a mumbled "Hello" from one of the front desk staff, but they sure found their voice when it came time to tell me to pay. Once called back I sat past my appointment time, had an injection that took less than 5 minutes then was kicked out the door as soon as I was dressed. Not impressed at all with this place and happy that I will not be returning to that physician (for other reasons) so I don't have to deal with these people again once I get a refund because they overcharged me quite a bit.

Totally unexpected experience but WOW, the staff is absolutely amazing. I had never used a surgery center before, but let me tell you, it is a totally different experience than having surgery in a hospital. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were absolutely amazing. Top notch, attentive and listened to your concerns. I have never had the one on one experience as I did here. The facility is either new, or just immaculately clean. Nothing but good things to say. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
