AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!! I have had more than my fair share of surgeries at hospitals and surgery centers across the valley, and I have never had such an unprofessional experience. This surgery center cancelled my surgery less than 48hrs prior, stating that they didn't have a letter clearing me for surgery that they had never asked me if I had, which I did have. They then proceeded to tell me multiple lies about why they would need to reschedule my surgery. They never seemed to have a supervisor or director that I could talk to. When it was pointed out with hard proof that the mistakes were their fault, they were completely unapologetic about anything, and treated me like they didn't care if I was a patient there or not. Because of them I have been waiting a month in horrible pain to b able to have my surgery rescheduled. To add insult to injury, they waited until the day before my surgery to text me that I was going to owe a $300 copay! When the original surgery was scheduled, they didn't tell me at all, and this time they notify me just mere hours before my procedure!

I came here recently for a back procedure. These guys are amazing. All of the staff are so professional and courteous. They are beyond for safety and doing things the right way. Deb and Kimberly were great nurses and were on top of it! Kimberly was able to get my iv on the first try when it can take up to 4 times. Much appreciated! As I said all staff were so friendly, respectful and caring.

From the time you enter the facility till you leave you are treated with friendliness and respect. Every step was explained and took the time to answer any questions. They were extremely busy but you would never know it, when they were working with you, you had their complete focus.
