Had a colonoscopy today with Dr. Azam Khan at the surgical center in Kingman and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Khan was professional, calm, and reassuring, and explained everything clearly. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From check-in to recovery, I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Khan and his team — excellent care all around.

The receptionist forgot to call me to let me know that my appointment was canceled. I live an hour away from the facility so it was a huge inconvenience to show up for my appointment just to be told that it was canceled. This, to me, showed a lack of consideration and care for patient's time. I do not feel comfortable rescheduling and trusting this facility.

Dr. Kahn tried twice to remove a tumor from my colon. He failed. Then he wouldn't even meet with me post op! He sent his assistant to tell me "Hey, we tried twice and couldn't do it.". His referral to a Las Vegas hospital to finish the job was worthless because it didn't even mention the name of a surgeon he was supposedly referring me to. They couldn't even get my home address right. I had to go back to my Primary Care Physician to get a referral to a REAL surgeon. After Medicare paid Dr. khan, he sent me a bill for $90 "due now." I'll pay him when I can, but I'll never recommend him to ANYONE!

They mishandled my fax from my old doctor. They didn’t check my records from KRMC. I have been told twice they sent a referral for a MRI on my back. Now today they call me to tell me it’s only a x-ray on my back. I’ve waited a month and, a half to get a referral to see a neurologist I have to go get this back x-ray. I can’t wait anymore. If the staff would’ve looked at my records I had faxed, they would’ve seen I have degenerative disc disease, two ruptured disc, five pinched nerves in my back. They lie right to you. I had brain surgery for an aneurysm in 2014. I wear a boot on my right leg for footdrop. This is why my back is all screwed up. I swear I never seen such awful doctors then I saw in Kingman. I have to go to Las Vegas now but, it’s worth it. These doctors are not equipped to handle someone with the problems I have. If you go here make sure you log the phone calls & who you talked to. I had the records and, they wouldn’t look at them. They were causing a delay in getting me to a neurologist.
